The Uganda Rugby Sevens team is intensifying preparations for the upcoming World Rugby Sevens Series campaign. Head coach Tolbert Onyango has assembled a squad of 20 players who will compete for spots in the traveling team.

Training sessions at Kyadondo Rugby Club have been focused on improving defensive structures and attacking patterns. The team is looking to build on their impressive performance in the previous season where they caused several upsets against higher-ranked opponents.

Key players including captain Michael Wokorach and speedster Adrian Kasito are expected to lead the charge as Uganda aims to establish itself as a competitive force in the world of rugby sevens.
