KCCA FC has launched an ambitious youth academy program aimed at developing the next generation of Ugandan football stars. The Lugogo-based club has partnered with international football academies to bring world-class coaching methodologies to Uganda.

The program will target boys and girls aged 8-18, providing them with access to professional coaching, modern training facilities, and educational support. The club has identified talent identification as a key priority, with scouts deployed across the country.

KCCA FC\'s technical director emphasized that the academy is not just about producing professional footballers but also about developing well-rounded individuals who can contribute to society.
