The success of athletes like Joshua Cheptegei, Jacob Kiplimo, and Peruth Chemutai has put Uganda firmly on the map. But beyond the medal winners, there is a deep reservoir of talent being developed through school competitions and regional championships. Investment in coaching education, sports science, and talent identification programs is paying dividends.
